Job Description

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller cum Counsellor to handle customer enquiries, counsel prospective clients or students, and follow up on leads.

Responsibilities

- Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective customers or students.
- Explain courses, services, fees, and other relevant details.
- Counsel candidates and help them make informed decisions.
- Follow up on enquiries and convert interested leads.
- Maintain daily calling records and follow-up reports.

Requirements

- Valuable communication and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive attitude and willingness to achieve targets.
- Freshers with good communication skills may apply; experience is an advantage.
