Job Title: Assistant Coach

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Coach who has a passion for sports and working with young athletes. The candidate will assist the head coach in conducting training sessions, supporting athletes during practice, and helping manage daily coaching activities.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Freshers are welcome – prior coaching experience is not mandatory
- Strong interest and passion for sports
- Good communication skills and ability to interact with students and parents
- Energetic, disciplined, and responsible attitude
- Ability to assist in organizing training sessions and sports activities

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the Head Coach in conducting practice sessions
- Help monitor and guide athletes during training
- Support in maintaining discipline and safety during sessions
- Assist in organizing sports events, camps, and competitions
- Communicate effectively with athletes and team members
