Hiring: Senior Learning & Development Trainer – Real Estate

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development (L&D;) Trainer with mandatory Real Estate industry experience to train, coach, and develop employees across Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and other customer-facing teams.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of real estate sales processes, customer handling, lead conversion, negotiation, and employee performance development. The candidate must be capable of designing and delivering effective training programs that improve employee productivity, sales performance, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and deliver training programs for Real Estate Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, and customer-facing teams.
- Conduct product training on plotted developments, villas, apartments, project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Train sales teams on lead conversion, negotiation, objection handling, customer engagement, and closing techniques.
- Train Pre-Sales teams on inbound and outbound calling, lead qualification, follow-ups, and site-visit conversions.
- Develop employee induction, onboarding, soft skills, communication, and behavioral training programs.
- Identify training needs and prepare structured training calendars, presentations, and learning materials.
- Conduct role plays, mock calls, practical workshops, and on-the-job coaching sessions.




- Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and employee performance metrics.
- Collaborate with HR and department heads to improve employee capabilities and achieve business objectives.
- Prepare training reports, maintain training records, and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA in HR or a related field is preferred.
- 10 - 15 years of relevant professional experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, or Sales Training.
- Mandatory Real Estate industry experience.
- Proven experience in training and coaching Sales, Pre-Sales, CRM, or customer-facing teams.
- Positive understanding of real estate sales processes, customer buying behavior, and property sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong coaching, analytical, and employee performance assessment capabilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Candidates with experience in real estate companies specializing in plotted developments, residential projects, villas, or apartments will be preferred. Experience in developing sales teams, improving lead conversion, and enhancing customer experience will be an added advantage.
