Job Summary

Smart Bond Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a confident and target-oriented In-House Sales Executive with fluent English communication skills to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, convert prospects into customers, and develop long-term business relationships. The candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities from the office through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to achieve the company's sales targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through online research, existing databases, referrals, and other sources.
- Outbound Calling: Contact prospective customers to introduce the company's products, understand their requirements, and generate business opportunities.
- Sales Conversion: Follow up with interested prospects, handle objections, negotiate commercial terms, and convert leads into confirmed orders.
- Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- English Communication: Communicate professionally with customers through phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings in fluent English.
- Product Knowledge: Understand the company's products, features, applications, and benefits to explain them effectively to customers.
- Enquiry Management: Respond to customer enquiries, share product information and quotations, and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Sales Coordination: Coordinate with the sales, dispatch, accounts, and other relevant departments to ensure smooth order processing.
- CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate customer information, call records, lead status, follow-up schedules, and sales reports.
- Target Achievement: Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly calling, lead-generation, and sales targets.
- Customer Support: Address customer queries and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues efficiently.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
