Urgent Hiring – Domestic Voice Process | Malad | Day Shift

Location: Malad, Mumbai

We are hiring for multiple vacancies across 3 Outbound Processes and 1 Inbound Process.

1. Outbound Voice Process

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any field (Mandatory)

* Qualification: HSC / Graduates

* Salary: Up to ₹34,000 In-Hand | ₹41,000 CTC

* Salary Hike: 30% on last drawn salary

* Shift: Fixed Day Shift – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

* Week Off: Fixed Sunday

* Communication: Excellent English required

2. Inbound Voice Process

* Role: Customer Service Associate (CSA)

* Experience: Minimum 1 year of BPO experience (Mandatory)

* Qualification: Graduate (Mandatory)

* Salary: Up to ₹34,000 In-Hand | ₹41,000 CTC

* Salary Hike: 30% on last drawn salary

* Shift: Rotational shifts between 6:00 AM and 9:00 PM (9-hour shift)

* Week Off: 2 Rotational Week-Offs

* Communication: Excellent English required

* Bus facility from the railway station to the office and back

* No cab facility

* No travel allowance
