About the Role

We are looking for a creative, responsible, and politically aware Social Media Manager to manage political social media pages and digital communication across multiple platforms.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end social media management, including content planning, creation, publishing, audience engagement, and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage political social media pages on:
- Facebook
- Instagram
- X (Twitter)
- LinkedIn
- Namo App
- Saral App
- Other relevant digital platforms
- Plan and maintain daily/weekly/monthly content calendars.
- Create and publish posts, reels, stories, graphics, and short-form videos.
- Write clear and engaging content in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Track current political, social, and local issues relevant to assigned pages.
- Research trends and identify suitable content opportunities.
- Maintain a consistent and professional digital presence.
- Coordinate with management/team members for photos, videos, updates, events, and other content.
- Monitor basic social media analytics and suggest improvements.
- Ensure timely posting and regular updates across all assigned platforms.

Mandatory Requirements

- Native Gujarati speaker – Mandatory
- Good command of Gujarati, Hindi, and English – Mandatory
- Previous experience managing political/social media pages – Mandatory
- Hands-on experience with Facebook,



Instagram and X.
- Familiarity with Namo App, Saral App and other political/digital platforms.
- Good understanding of political and social media communication.
- Ability to create content quickly based on current events and instructions.
- Basic knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
- Ability to create/edit reels and short videos is an advantage.
- Good writing, communication, and coordination skills.
- Must be willing to work strictly from office in Surat. Remote/Work-from-Home candidates will not be considered.

Preferred

- Previous experience working with political leaders, public representatives, political organizations, campaigns, or political social media teams.
- Knowledge of Gujarat's local political and social environment.
- Experience managing multiple social media accounts simultaneously.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and digital campaign management.

Working Style

Full time | Work From Office | Surat

The candidate will work closely with the management/team and will be responsible for the day-to-day, end-to-end management of assigned political social media accounts.
