Maintenance staff is responsible for the upkeep, repair, and smooth functioning of facilities, equipment, and systems. They ensure that the workplace remains secure, clean, and operational by performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs across different environments.

General Duties & Responsibilities

- Perform general repairs (furniture, fixtures, lighting, doors, windows).
- Maintain office equipment such as AC units and electrical systems.
- Handle minor plumbing and electrical work.
- Ensure a safe and comfortable working environment for employees.
- Assist in office setup, relocation, and equipment installation.
- Conduct regular inspections of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Perform repairs such as painting, drywall, flooring,



and carpentry
- Maintain outdoor areas (landscaping, cleaning, waste management)
- Respond to maintenance requests from the admin department
- Monitor safety systems (fire alarms, emergency lighting)
- Coordinate with contractors for major repairs or services
- Maintain inventory and ensure availability of tools and supplies.
- Perform preventive maintenance to extend equipment life
- Ensure building safety compliance and operational efficiency

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
