Vivon HR is hiring a hands-on Production Engineer / Production Manager for a manufacturing facility in Sinnar, Nashik. The ideal candidate should have practical shop-floor experience in production operations, preferably in tin, solder, lead-tin alloys, or non-ferrous metal manufacturing.

The role requires solid technical knowledge of manufacturing processes, furnace operations, alloy composition, production planning, quality control, and shop-floor management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day production operations, production planning, and execution.
- Handle manufacturing processes involving tin, solder, lead-tin alloys, and related materials.
- Oversee melting, casting, furnace operations, and alloy composition control.
- Monitor production targets, process efficiency, yield, recovery, and material losses.
- Supervise shop-floor manpower, machinery, and equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with established process standards.
- Implement safety procedures, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and other relevant teams to minimise downtime and improve productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.




- 2–4 years of experience in production or manufacturing operations.
- Hands-on shop-floor experience in tin, solder, alloy manufacturing, or non-ferrous metal processing is strongly preferred.
- Practical exposure to melting, casting, furnace operations, and process control.
- Knowledge of alloy composition, quality control, yield optimisation, and production troubleshooting.
- Experience managing shop-floor activities, manpower, and production targets.
- Understanding of industrial safety practices and continuous improvement methodologies.

Critical Requirement

Hands-on manufacturing experience is essential. Candidates with practical exposure to production processes, furnace operations, melting, casting, and process troubleshooting will be prioritised.

Candidates whose experience is limited to production planning, documentation, ERP, or general supervision without substantial shop-floor manufacturing exposure will not be prioritised.
