Job Title: Algo Operator (NISM Certified)

About the Role

We are looking for a disciplined, market-savvy Algo Operator to monitor and execute algorithmic trading strategies, manage live orders and positions, and ensure smooth trading operations with effective risk management.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and execute algo trading strategies during live market hours.
- Track market movements, orders, positions, and trade execution.
- Monitor risk parameters and report execution anomalies.
- Coordinate with quant/technical teams to resolve trading issues.
- Maintain trading logs and performance reports.

Mandatory Skills

- Valid NISM Certification (Mandatory).
- Strong knowledge of Equity, Futures & Options (F&O;), and NSE/BSE trading systems.
- Hands-on experience with algorithmic trading platforms.
- Understanding of order execution,



market microstructure, order types, trading regulations, and risk management.
- Proficiency in Excel; basic SQL/Python is an added advantage.
- Solid analytical, numerical, and decision-making skills; ability to work under pressure during live market hours.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with OMS/RMS, API-based trading, and broker platforms such as Zerodha Kite, Alice Blue, Fyers, or Upstox.
- Exposure to quantitative or systematic trading strategies.

Qualification

Graduate in Finance, Commerce, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
