Job Summary:

We are urgently hiring a desktop support engineer with hands-on experience in network troubleshooting and IT support. The candidate should be capable of handling day-to-day network issues, device configuration, and system monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot network connectivity and hardware/software issues.

Configure and maintain routers, switches, and firewalls.

Monitor network performance using management tools.

Provide L1 technical support and resolve incidents

Escalate critical issues to senior teams when required.

Maintain documentation of issues and resolutions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Associate Degree in IT / Computer Science or related field

Basic knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, routing & switching

Familiarity with network monitoring tools

Preferred Certifications:

CCNA

CompTIA Network+

Any relevant networking certification
