Purchase Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to manage procurement activities, coordinate with vendors, negotiate prices, and ensure the timely availability of materials. Candidates with good English communication skills and basic knowledge of MS Excel are encouraged to apply. Freshers with a willingness to learn are welcome.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day purchasing and procurement activities.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to obtain quotations and place purchase orders.
- Compare quotations, evaluate prices, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive rates.
- Maintain purchase orders, invoices, bills, and other procurement-related documents.
- Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Monitor inventory requirements and coordinate with internal departments.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with vendors and suppliers.




- Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare basic reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure that purchased materials meet the required quality and specifications.

Requirements and Skills

- Good English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good negotiation, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Solid attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
