Coastline Marine Solutions is looking for a motivated and technically interested Outboard Engine Technician Trainee to join our marine service team. The selected candidate will receive practical training in outboard motor maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and servicing of marine engines.

The role involves workshop-based work as well as travelling to customer locations, boatyards, and marinas for on-site service and repair jobs.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in servicing and maintaining marine outboard engines.
- Learn engine troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and repair procedures.
- Assist senior technicians with engine installation, maintenance, and overhauling.
- Handle basic mechanical work, tools, and service equipment.
- Travel to customer locations for on-site service assignments.
- Maintain service tools, equipment, and workshop cleanliness.
- Follow safety procedures during servicing and repair work.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- ITI, diploma/polytechnic, and other relevant technical candidates can apply.




- Willingness to travel for on-site service jobs within Kerala and other locations when required.
- Interest in mechanical work, engines, and technical troubleshooting.
- Willingness to learn and work under the guidance of experienced technicians.
- A valid two-wheeler or four-wheeler driving licence is an advantage.
