Job Summary

We are seeking a commercially minded Interior Designer to join our real estate team. In this role, you will design, stage, and fit out property interiors to drive sales, rentals, and development value. You will transform vacant or raw properties into highly attractive, functional spaces that visually engage buyers and tenants. The ideal candidate balances creative artistry with a strong understanding of market trends, project management, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Property Staging & Styling: Design and execute spatial layouts for model homes, show apartments, and listing photography to elevate marketing efforts.
- Space Planning & Concept Development: Translate raw structural layouts into functional, high-value floor plans using AutoCAD, SketchUp, or Revit.
- FF&E; Selection & Procurement: Source and select cost-effective yet premium-looking furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E;), finishes, lighting, and textiles.
- Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work cross-functionally with real estate agents, property developers, project managers, and marketing teams to align designs with target market profiles.
- Vendor & Trade Coordination: Manage relations with contractors,



painters, carpenters, and external vendors to ensure flawless construction and installation.
- Budget & Timeline Management: Keep all design renovations within set budgets and tight delivery timelines to maximize developer return on investment (ROI).
- Compliance: Ensure all selected layouts and materials strictly adhere to safety codes, structural requirements, and local building regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Experience: 2–5+ years of design experience, preferably directly within real estate development, property staging, or commercial interior design.
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of software tools like AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Portfolio: A robust portfolio showcasing past projects, spatial transformations, mood boards, or successfully staged listings.
- Market Awareness: Strong knowledge of current interior styles, real estate market demands, and high-ROI material choices.
- Soft Skills: Sharp communication, solid negotiation tactics for vendor pricing, and high-stress resourcefulness

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
