We are looking for motivated and responsible candidates for the position of Phlebotomist – Home Collection & Field Marketing.

Qualification & Experience

- Qualification: BMLT / DMLT
- Experience: Freshers or candidates with 1–3 years of experience.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of blood collection techniques and sample handling.
- Willingness to travel for home collection and field marketing.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect blood samples from patients at their homes.
- Ensure proper sample collection, labelling, handling, and transportation.
- Promote diagnostic services to doctors, clinics, and potential customers.
- Develop professional relationships with doctors and referral partners.




- Conduct field marketing activities to generate home collection bookings.

Salary & Benefits

- Monthly Salary: ₹8,000–₹18,000
- Travel Allowance: Provided
- Salary based on experience and skills.
