Job Responsibilities

- Plan, coordinate, and monitor JEE/NEET coaching programs.
- Develop and implement academic schedules, study plans, revision strategies, and test calendars.
- Coordinate with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Biology faculty to ensure effective curriculum delivery.
- Monitor students' academic performance through regular assessments, mock tests, and performance analysis.
- Identify learning gaps and implement corrective action plans to improve student results.
- Ensure timely syllabus completion and effective execution of JEE/NEET preparation strategies.
- Conduct regular academic review meetings with faculty, students, and parents.
- Maintain academic reports, student performance trackers, and progress dashboards.
- Implement best practices to improve JEE/NEET results and overall academic quality.

Requirements





- B.E./B.Tech degree from a reputed institution.
- Preference will be given to candidates who have cleared JAM, GATE, or WBJEE.
- 3–5 years of experience in JEE/NEET academic coordination or competitive examination coaching.
- Candidates with EdTech industry experience will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of JEE/NEET examination patterns, syllabus, and preparation strategies.
- Experience in academic planning, faculty coordination, and student performance monitoring.
- Solid communication, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, academic reporting, and performance-tracking tools.
- Ability to work in a result-oriented academic environment.
- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
