Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Key Accounts Coordinator to manage key client accounts, coordinate with internal teams, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports. The candidate must have excellent MS Excel skills, strong analytical abilities, and effective communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with key clients and ensure timely resolution of their queries and requirements.
- Maintain client databases, account records, sales data, and order-related information.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Track sales performance, order status, pending deliveries, outstanding payments, and account-related updates.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, operations, inventory, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth execution.
- Monitor client requirements, follow up on pending orders, and ensure timely updates.
- Analyze account data and prepare reports for management review.
- Maintain proper documentation, records, and account-wise trackers. Identify discrepancies in reports and ensure data accuracy. Support the sales and management teams with account analysis and administrative activities.

Required Skills & Expertise

- Excellent MS Excel skills,



including VLOOKUP / XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Pivot Tables and Pivot Charts.
- Robust command of IF, SUMIF, SUMIFS, COUNTIF, and other logical formulas.
- Data cleaning, sorting, filtering, conditional formatting, MIS reporting, and dashboard preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent coordination, follow-up, and time-management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP/CRM software will be an advantage

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in key account coordination, sales coordination, MIS, or a similar role.
- Practical expertise in Excel-based reporting and data management.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Prior experience with e-commerce and Q-commerce vendor portals, such as Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto, Amazon, and Flipkart, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
