Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Business Development Associate to generate leads, connect with potential clients, promote our packaging products, and support the company's sales and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business leads through calls, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Contact manufacturers, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, and other potential customers who require packaging solutions.
- Promote corrugated boxes and other packaging products offered by the company.




- Understand customer packaging requirements and coordinate with the internal team to provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain professional relationships.
- Schedule client meetings and assist in converting leads into sales.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify new business opportunities.
- Work towards assigned sales targets and business development goals.

Required Skills

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Confidence in making calls and communicating with potential clients.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, and lead generation.
- Valuable follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Basic computer and MS Excel/Google Sheets knowledge.
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a target-oriented mindset.
