Looking for an Experienced and Dynamic candidate to establish an English medium school alongwith flourishing his/her career in a startup environment. The School is opened from March 2018 to start it's first step into educational journey. Currently the classes are Open for Nursery, LKG, UKG and upto Class VI. Therefore Experienced candidates are preferred considering to better manage the toddlers. Convent/English Medium educated & graduates in any discipline are required as minimum qualification. Training in Montessori, having B.ED degree with experience in teaching nursery/Primary children's are of added advantage. The Locality is in Village in Purva Medinipur district, hence assistance is provided for stay. The school is dedicated to bring good educational system from best practices around the world to the villages with meager tuition fee. Job Type / Category

- To manage one Classroom preferably for 4th Standard.
- Managing the administration of the school

- Taking mathematics/science class for primary section.

- Taking care of the complete curriculum/syllabus design for each class.



Modifying the syllabus time to time considering relevant boards and international trends.

- Prepare the classwork materials In an cutting-edge way
- Coach the students who need better help, after classwork's
- Coach or mentor the parents on regular basis.

- Motivate the staff to get the best out of them.

- Preparing the Goal of the organisation together with management and put in best efforts to establish the same.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

Graduation or post graduation in science/Mathematics discipline
- English medium educated
- Montessori training/B.ED (optional)
- Experience of 8 to 10 years In teaching for English medium schools
- Fluent In English
- Good in computer education
