We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to work with our client, Glance, and take ownership of end-to-end product experiences, from understanding user problems to delivering polished, production-ready designs.

The ideal candidate combines strong UI craft with thoughtful problem-solving, interaction design, and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand user needs, product goals, and underlying problems before starting the design process.
- Explore multiple design directions and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Design end-to-end user journeys, including loading, empty, error, first-time, and offline states.
- Create polished UI designs while maintaining and evolving design systems.
- Build interactive prototypes to explore motion, navigation, and interaction behaviour.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers throughout development and implementation.




- Take ownership of design quality from initial exploration through product launch.
- Participate in design critiques and contribute to a collaborative design culture.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in product design for consumer-facing digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped products, design explorations, and design rationale.
- Excellent UI/UX, interaction design, and prototyping skills.
- Ability to work independently in ambiguous problem spaces.
- Robust communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Interest in AI and emerging user experiences.
- Experience designing for TV or large-screen interfaces is a plus.
