Malar Hospital is seeking a proactive, organized, and experienced HR Executive to manage day-to-day Human Resources operations and support effective employee management across the hospital.

Job Responsibilities

- Manage employee records, personal files, attendance, leave, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate recruitment, interview scheduling, candidate screening, and onboarding.
- Monitor attendance records and coordinate payroll-related activities.
- Prepare appointment letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, experience certificates, and other HR documents.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and disciplinary guidelines.
- Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower planning, staffing requirements, and employee concerns.
- Maintain statutory registers and assist with labour law compliance, PF, ESI, and other applicable requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave, permissions, and duty rosters.
- Handle employee grievances and support workplace discipline.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, performance appraisals, and HR initiatives.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate employee databases.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper maintenance of employee information.




- Perform other HR responsibilities assigned by management.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- MBA / PG Diploma in Human Resource Management will be an added advantage.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Knowledge of HR procedures, payroll coordination, and statutory compliance.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of relevant HR experience preferred.
- Hospital or healthcare HR experience will be an added advantage.

Skills Required

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of HR documentation and employee relations.
- Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
- Valuable follow-up skills and the ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
