Senior HR Executive (5+ Years Experience)

Reports to: HR Manager | Location: thrissur | Type: Full-time

Role Summary

We’re looking for an experienced HR skilled to manage core HR operations end to end, advise managers and employees, and support policy and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing and screening to offer and onboarding
- Maintain employee records and validate monthly payroll inputs
- Run performance appraisal and rewards programs
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities
- Ensure compliance with labour laws (PF, ESI, gratuity, POSH, etc.)
- Plan engagement initiatives and training programs
- Prepare HR MIS reports on headcount, attrition, and hiring
- Mentor junior HR team members

Requirements

- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
- 5+ years of HR generalist experience
- Strong knowledge of Indian labour laws and payroll processes
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in Excel and HRIS/ATS tools
- High integrity and discretion with confidential matters

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
