We are looking for a proactive, people-oriented Marketing Manager with excellent communication and relationship-building skills to drive business growth, acquire new clients, and strengthen existing client relationships. The ideal candidate should be confident in networking, identifying business opportunities, and developing long-term client partnerships through a skilled, service-first approach.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to expand the company's customer base.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate business leads and achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and personalized service.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal teams to deliver a smooth brokerage experience.
- Explore new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry connections, and market research.
- Focus on customer satisfaction, client retention, and long-term business relationships.
- Track leads, client interactions, conversion rates, and marketing performance.
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, business discussions, and networking events.
- Ensure all marketing and client acquisition activities comply with company policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

- Proven ability to acquire new clients and develop business relationships.

- Strong follow-up skills and the ability to convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Prior experience in marketing, sales, business development, financial services, or fintech is preferred.
- Prior experience in the cryptocurrency or digital asset industry will be highly appreciated.
- Familiarity with cryptocurrency brokerage operations, digital assets, and the broader crypto ecosystem will be an added advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting is beneficial.
