YogaJam is a fitness and lifestyle startup creating unique, fun, and social wellness experiences. We combine yoga, movement, music, dance, and community to make fitness enjoyable.

We are looking for a creative, trend-savvy person who can help us grow our Instagram presence, increase organic reach, and build an engaged community through engaging short-form videos and reels.

Key Responsibilities

- Track trending Instagram reels, audio, formats, hooks, and content ideas relevant to fitness, yoga, wellness, and lifestyle.
- Suggest fresh, creative ideas that make YogaJam stand out from regular yoga and fitness pages.
- Edit short videos recorded by our team into engaging reels using tools such as CapCut, Canva, VN, or similar applications.
- Improve video quality through editing, transitions, captions, subtitles, music, and creative effects.
- Create reels, stories, and other short-form content to improve engagement and organic reach.
- Suggest suitable hashtags, captions, posting formats, and content strategies.
- Monitor basic Instagram insights and recommend ways to improve views, shares, saves, and follower growth.




- Help maintain a simple, consistent content calendar.

- Someone who actively follows Instagram trends and understands what makes reels engaging.
- A creative thinker who can suggest ideas independently, not just edit videos.
- Someone with basic video-editing skills and an understanding of Instagram growth.
- A student, freelancer, aspiring content creator, or social media enthusiast looking for hands-on startup experience.
- Candidates based in Bengaluru are preferred, as occasional event participation may be required.

Time Commitment and Compensation

- Approximately 1 hour of work per day.
- Monthly compensation of ₹3,000 for the agreed social media support and content deliverables.
- Event visits, in-person reel recording, and dedicated event coverage will be paid separately, with the amount agreed upon in advance.
- This is a flexible, part time opportunity with scope to grow as YogaJam expands.
