Dwell Craft is looking for a responsible and hardworking Site Supervisor to manage daily site activities, supervise workers, and ensure that all work is completed according to project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills, basic knowledge of site management, and the ability to coordinate with workers, contractors, and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor daily site activities.
- Manage and coordinate workers, contractors, and vendors.
- Ensure work is completed according to quality standards and project timelines.
- Monitor material availability and usage at the site.
- Maintain daily progress reports and update management.
- Ensure proper execution of work and resolve day-to-day site issues.
- Coordinate with the team to ensure smooth project operations.

Requirements

- Previous experience in site supervision, construction,



or interior work will be preferred.
- Basic knowledge of site management and construction/interior work.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage workers and handle site responsibilities independently.
- Must be punctual, responsible, and willing to travel to different project sites.
- A personal bike and a valid driving licence are mandatory.
- Candidates must be comfortable with regular site visits.
