Key Responsibilities :

Handle and coordinate customer enquiries received through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

Prepare and send quotations, proforma invoices, order confirmations, and other sales documents.

Coordinate with the sales team for enquiry follow-ups and customer requirements.

Maintain and update sales enquiry, quotation, order, and customer records.

Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, Quality, Stores, and Dispatch departments for order execution.

Follow up on order status, production progress, inspection, and dispatch schedules.

Communicate order updates and delivery commitments to customers.

Follow up with customers for pending orders, approvals, drawings, technical details, and payments, as required.

Assist the sales team in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Jit Hydraulics LLP





Maintain proper documentation of customer communications and sales activities.

Support the sales team in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.

Ensure timely and accurate entry/update of sales information in ERP/CRM systems.

Perform other sales coordination and administrative activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹420,000.00 per year
