Role Overview

The Site Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day site activities, vendor coordination, quality checks and timely completion of work as per the project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit project sites regularly and monitor daily activities.
- Supervise vendors, contractors and workers at site.
- Coordinate with different vendors for smooth execution.
- Ensure vendors follow the approved drawings, specifications and work process.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure work is completed as per schedule.
- Check the quality of work and materials being used at site.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the project team for solutions.
- Check measurements and work completed by vendors.
- Ensure proper sequence of work between different agencies.
- Maintain daily site updates and progress reports.
- Monitor material requirements and inform the team in advance.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working practices at site.




- Report delays, quality issues and site problems immediately.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager / Designer for execution requirements.
- Ensure the project is completed on time and as per required quality standards.

Requirements

- Diploma / ITI / relevant qualification preferred.
- 2–5 years of experience in civil, interior fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of site execution and construction processes.
- Ability to manage vendors and workers.
- Good understanding of civil and interior work.
- Strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel between project sites.
- Should be disciplined, responsible and able to take ownership of site activities.
