Job Description

The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing digital marketing activities for Paper Moon and its clients.

The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of social media platforms, digital marketing strategies, content planning, and audience engagement. The candidate will work closely with our content creators, designers, and video production team to develop creative and result-oriented marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Plan and maintain social media content calendars.
- Create engaging captions, content ideas, and marketing copy for posts, reels, and advertisements.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns using Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze insights, and prepare marketing reports.
- Generate leads and improve brand awareness through digital marketing campaigns.
- Research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the content creation, graphic design, and video production teams.
- Coordinate with clients to understand their marketing requirements and campaign objectives.
- Ensure consistent brand communication across digital platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media marketing.




- Practical understanding of Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads).
- Basic knowledge of Google Ads and Google Analytics.
- Strong content planning and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and campaign performance tracking.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or other creative tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications

- Degree or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing or social media management.
- Experience working with a content creation team, advertising agency, or production house is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong practical knowledge, creativity, and a willingness to learn are also welcome to apply.
