About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly active Territory Manager who has solid hands-on experience in restaurant management and understands the complete day-to-day operations of a restaurant. The candidate will be responsible for visiting and supporting franchise outlets across India, ensuring operational standards are followed, identifying business challenges, improving sales, supporting marketing activities, training outlet teams, and helping franchise partners resolve day-to-day operational issues.

- Monitor complete day-to-day restaurant operations.
- Ensure company SOPs, operational standards and service standards are properly followed.
- Regularly visit franchise outlets across different cities and states.
- Understand franchise partner concerns and provide operational support.




- Conduct detailed outlet audits and prepare visit reports.
- Analyse outlet sales and identify areas where sales can be improved.
- Develop practical strategies to increase daily and monthly sales
- Guide franchisees regarding local marketing and promotional activities, suggest suitable offers, campaigns and customer engagement activities.
- Train Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and operational staff wherever required.
- Monitor food cost, wastage and inventory management.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
