Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Digital Marketing professional with strong expertise in digital marketing strategies, campaign execution, and team management. The candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing digital marketing activities, monitoring campaign performance, and guiding team members to ensure quality work and achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across relevant platforms.
- Guide, supervise, and coordinate with digital marketing team members to ensure timely and quality deliverables.
- Assign tasks, set priorities, monitor progress, and ensure accountability within the team.
- Provide guidance and support to team members in campaign execution, content planning, SEO, and other digital marketing activities.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Google Ads and Meta Ads, wherever applicable.
- Oversee SEO activities, keyword research, website optimization, and organic traffic growth.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and advertising dashboards.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze results, and prepare performance reports.
- Coordinate with content creators, designers, video editors,



and other departments for marketing requirements.
- Identify new digital marketing trends, opportunities, and strategies to improve brand visibility and lead generation.
- Ensure that the team follows marketing plans, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Report campaign performance, team progress, and improvement areas to management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Proven experience in managing or guiding a digital marketing team.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, social media marketing, and content marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and other relevant marketing tools.
- Ability to analyze campaign data and make data-driven decisions.
- Solid communication, leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, delegate tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proactive approach with a focus on measurable results and continuous improvement.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing digital marketing campaigns for technology-based businesses.
- Knowledge of AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), SXO (Search Experience Optimization), and emerging AI-driven marketing practices.
- Experience in lead generation, conversion optimization, and marketing performance analysis.
