# Job Description – Sales Executive **Experience:** Fresher & Experienced **Department:** Sales & Business Development **Job Type:** Full-Time ## Job Summary We are looking for enthusiastic, confident, and target-oriented Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidates should have good communication and convincing skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Both freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. ## Key Responsibilities - Identify and generate new business leads through calls, references, and other channels. - Contact potential customers and explain company products or services. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions. - Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate sales opportunities. - Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into sales. - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. - Negotiate prices, explain offers, and address customer objections professionally. - Maintain customer information, lead records, and sales reports. - Coordinate with the team to improve sales performance and customer satisfaction. - Follow up with customers after sales and maintain long-term relationships.
