Candidate ke paas high-value clients se deal karne ki capability, strong communication skills, aur real estate market ki gehri samajh honi chahiye. Key Responsibilities (Pramukh Zimmedariyan) Client Acquisition & Consultation: Potential buyers aur investors ko contact karna, unki zaroorat samajhna, aur unhe sahi property options suggest karna.



Site Visits & Presentations: Clients ko project site (plot/township) par le jana, sitemaps, amenities, aur location benefits ka walkthrough dena. Deal Closure: Negotiation complete karke successful deal close karna aur booking processes handle karna. Relationship Management: Direct clients, channel partners, aur real estate brokers ke saath long-term aur strong professional relationship maintain karna. Pipeline Management: Leads ko regular follow-up karna aur CRM/system mein accurate sales pipeline track karna. Market Research: Local real estate market trends, competitor pricing, aur upcoming infrastructure projects par nazar rakhna
