Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) leads.
- Generate enquiries for lift modernization, repair work, and mechanical repairs.
- Identify potential customers, existing lift installations, buildings, and facilities requiring lift maintenance or upgrades.
- Conduct customer visits and understand their service and modernization requirements.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers until enquiry conversion and closure.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Technical teams to prepare suitable service proposals.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer details, enquiries, follow-ups, and conversion status.
- Identify opportunities for modernization, gear replacement, roping work, and other major repairs.
- Support technical assessments and provide recommendations for repair and modernization requirements.
- Monitor enquiry progress and submit regular business development reports.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
