Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field
- Previous experience in customer service or support is a plus

Key Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools
- Ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism and patience
- Robust organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Key Responsibilities:





- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service
- Document customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other departments to improve customer service processes
- Identify and report recurring issues to management for resolution
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
- Assist in creating customer support documentation and FAQs
