Job Summary

Manohar Lal Jewellers is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to join our showroom team. The ideal candidate should have strong jewellery sales knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships while achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their jewellery requirements, preferences, and budget.
- Explain jewellery designs, gold purity, diamond quality, and product specifications.
- Handle sales of gold, diamond, silver, and other jewellery collections.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to showroom business growth.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints professionally.
- Maintain product displays and ensure proper presentation of jewellery.
- Follow up with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the showroom team to ensure excellent customer service.
- Follow company policies, grooming standards,



and showroom procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- 3–6 years of experience in sales, preferably in jewellery retail.
- Good knowledge of gold, diamond, and jewellery products.
- Understanding of gold purity, 22K/18K gold, BIS hallmarking, and jewellery billing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Target-oriented with a positive attitude and professional personality.
- Ability to build customer trust and maintain long-term relationships.
- Good presentation, grooming, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands or premium retail showrooms will be preferred.
- Experience in handling high-value transactions and repeat customers is an advantage.
- Candidates should be comfortable working in a showroom environment and achieving sales targets.
