About us

Best P.E.B & Infrastructure fabricates and erects pre-engineered steel buildings – factories, warehouses and industrial sheds. We are hiring experienced site manpower for permanent positions.

Role

We need experienced Grinders to prepare and finish steel members – before welding, after welding and before painting.

Responsibilities

- Grind and finish welds, edges and surfaces using angle grinders (4" and 7")
- Prepare bevels and edges for welding as instructed
- Remove weld spatter, slag, burrs and sharp edges after cutting and welding
- Clean and prepare surfaces before primer and painting
- Choose and change grinding/cutting discs correctly and safely
- Keep grinders, guards and cables in valuable working condition
- Wear PPE – face shield, goggles, ear protection, gloves and safety shoes





Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of grinding experience in fabrication or steel structure work
- freshers are also welcomed
- Safe and confident handling of angle grinders
- Basic knowledge of weld finishing and surface preparation
- Ready for a 12-hour shift and immediate joining
