We are hiring enthusiastic and target-oriented Business Development Executives to join our EdTech sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Counsel students and parents about courses.
- Convert leads into admissions and achieve sales targets.
- Maintain customer relationships and update CRM records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience; EdTech experience is preferred.
- Excellent English communication; Telugu and Hindi are mandatory.
- Strong convincing, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Android smartphone required.
- Willingness to work from the Bangalore office for 3–6 months of training before transfer to Hyderabad.
Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
