Position Overview

- Job Title: Senior Manager – Accounts & Finance (CA)
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat
- Employment Type: Full time, Permanent
- Experience Required: 8–10 Years exclusively in Accounts & Finance
- Qualification: Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Industry Preference: Oil & Gas, Engineering, EPC, Industrial Services, or Project-Based Companies

Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee end-to-end accounting operations, financial reporting, balance sheet preparation, and monthly/annual account closing.
- Manage cash flow, fund flow, banking operations, working capital, and day-to-day liquidity requirements.
- Prepare and monitor budgets, payment plans, cash flow forecasts, and fund allocation for business and project requirements.
- Supervise client invoicing, invoice processing, payment receipts, purchase costing, and invoice tracking to ensure timely billing and collections.
- Establish and monitor invoicing and payment receipt procedures to maintain accuracy, proper documentation, and timely follow-ups.
- Handle bank reconciliation, customer/vendor ledger reconciliation, and other account reconciliations.
- Ensure GST return filing, TDS compliance, and other applicable statutory and taxation requirements.
- Oversee purchase costing, vendor payments, expense tracking, and project-wise financial monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with applicable PF and ESIC requirements and coordinate related documentation and filings.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports,



and management summaries to support financial planning and decision-making.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, clients, and internal departments for financial and compliance-related matters.

Job Requirements

- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8–10 years of relevant experience exclusively in Accounts & Finance.
- Strong expertise in cash flow and fund flow management, banking, balance sheets, budgeting, and payment planning.
- In-depth knowledge of GST returns, TDS, invoice processing, payment receipts, and account reconciliations.
- Hands-on experience in purchase costing, invoicing procedures, vendor payments, and invoice tracking.
- Working knowledge of PF, ESIC, and applicable statutory compliances.
- Strong proficiency in accounting ERP systems, financial reporting, and MS Excel.
- Excellent analytical, financial planning, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to independently manage financial operations, maintains accuracy, and meets statutory and business deadlines.
- Experience in Oil & Gas, Engineering, EPC, or project-based service companies will be preferred.
