Strong experience in Enterprise Incident Management and Major Incident Management.

Expertise in xMatters integrations with ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, Email, SMS, Voice, and Push Notifications.

Hands-on experience with REST APIs and workflow automation.

Strong ITSM knowledge across Incident, Major Incident, Change, and Problem Management.

Ability to assess existing configurations, workflows, integrations, and governance processes.

Experience identifying risks, optimizing solutions, and implementing approved changes.

Strong documentation skills, including SOPs, knowledge articles, and support documentation.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and knowledge-transfer skills.

Role Focus: Workplace assessment, operational stabilization, optimization, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
