Dhoot Transmission is looking for motivated and enthusiastic candidates to join our manufacturing team as a Junior Trainee at our Hosur facility. This is an excellent chance for freshers and technical graduates looking to build a stable career in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist on the production floor with assembly, manufacturing, and operational tasks.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines maintained on the shop floor.
- Work efficiently under the guidance of shift supervisors to meet production targets.
- Adapt to rotating shift schedules (A & B Shifts).

Candidate Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: 10th / Intermediate (Inter) / ITI / Diploma / B.Tech.
- Gender: Open to both Male & Female candidates.




- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply (training will be provided).
- Skills: Strong willingness to learn, punctuality, and basic fitness for physical assembly
