We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Call Center Executive to drive customer retention and revenue growth by upgrading our existing client base to our latest, next-generation accounting software platform. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, proactively reaching out to current users to demonstrate the advanced features, enhanced security, and efficiency gains of the new platform.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a robust knack for value-based selling, and a foundational understanding of accounting principles or software solutions. You will be responsible for guiding customers seamlessly through the upgrade journey, addressing any technical or functional queries, and highlighting how the new platform can streamline their financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Outbound Engagement: Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, and chat to existing customers to introduce the latest accounting software upgrade.
- Value Demonstration: Clearly articulate the business advantages, advanced features, and return on investment (ROI) of migrating to the new platform.
- Objection Handling: Address customer concerns regarding pricing, migration downtime, or feature changes with professionalism and confidence.
- Pipeline & Target Management: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for upgrade conversions and customer retention.




- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with the technical support and account management teams to ensure a smooth transition and onboarding experience for upgraded clients.
- Accurate Record-Keeping: Maintain detailed, up-to-date logs of customer interactions, feedback, and sales pipelines in the CRM system.

Ideal Candidate Requirements

- Proven experience in a call center, customer success, inside sales, or tele-sales role (experience in tech or SaaS products is a strong plus).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong active listening capabilities.
- Familiarity with accounting software, bookkeeping concepts, or financial technology platforms.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales/conversion targets.
- High level of empathy, patience, and customer-first problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office productivity tools.

Pay: ₹219,000.00 - ₹640,000.00 per year
