ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Generate leads and develop new business opportunities through calls, meetings, and networking.
- Understand client requirements and provide suitable property solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and channel partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and schedule client meetings/site visits.
- Handle negotiations between buyers and sellers and drive closures.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Maintain sales reports, track performance, and provide updates to management.
- Promote and strengthen the Bullmen Realty brand by maintaining high service standards.
- Manage key client accounts and ensure excellent customer experience.

SKILLS REQUIRED

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Pleasing personality with strong PR, networking, and negotiation skills.
- Strong sales acumen with a target-oriented approach.
- Ability to think creatively and work independently as well as in a team.

REQUIREMENTS

- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Candidates must have good knowledge of the Gurgaon real estate market and locations.
- Candidates should be available for an in-person interview in Gurgaon.
- Competitive compensation is available for candidates with robust real estate sales experience.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
