JOB DESCRIPTION – CNC OPERATOR

Location: Chennai

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Experience: 0–5 Years

Qualification: ITI / DME preferred

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to operate CNC machines, maintain production quality, and achieve daily production targets. Candidates with experience in CNC Sliding Head Machines will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate CNC machines and handle material loading/unloading.

Perform machine cleaning and ensure proper 5S practices.

Monitor hourly production and update production charts.

Operate and maintain up to 4 CNC machines as required.

Conduct part inspection according to quality standards.

Perform tool changing and tool offset corrections.





Complete daily machine maintenance checklists.

Handle 5M-related issues and production abnormalities.

Follow SOPs, safety procedures, and quality standards.

Use basic measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Micrometer.

Work effectively in shifts and meet production targets.

Maintain a clean, protected, and organized work area.

Preferred Skills: CNC machine operation, basic inspection, tool setting, offset correction, production monitoring, and knowledge of CNC Sliding Head Machines

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
