Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented executive to create, document, and maintain production procedures for our factory, and to support the design and operations teams with documents, drawings, and data. The role connects the design team, the sales/showroom team, and the factory floor, so every product is made to the same standard.

Key Responsibilities

1. Production Procedures (SOPs)

- Prepare clear, step-by-step production procedures for the factory covering:
- Sliding wardrobe doors
- Profile shutters
- Partition systems
- PU shutters
- Define for each product: material requirements, cutting sizes, machining, assembly sequence, finishing, quality checks, and packing.
- Convert design details and client requirements into simple instructions the factory team can follow.
- Update procedures when designs, materials, or processes change, and maintain version control.

2. Drawings & Production Files

- Prepare and edit basic 2D AutoCAD drawings (door/shutter layouts, partition plans, cutting and assembly details).
- Create or edit visuals, diagrams, and reference images in Photoshop and Illustrator for production sheets, catalogues, and work instructions.
- Check drawings against site measurements and order details before they are released to the factory.

3. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare production sheets, job cards, cutting lists, BOMs, checklists, and quality inspection formats in MS Word and Excel.
- Maintain order, production-status, and dispatch trackers in Excel and Google Sheets.




- Prepare daily/weekly production reports for management.
- Keep records organised and easy to find, in both digital and print form.

4. Coordination

- Coordinate between the design team, sales/showrooms, and factory supervisors to clarify specifications.
- Follow up on order status, material readiness, and delivery timelines.
- Flag delays, errors, or rework issues early.

Required Skills & Experience

- Working experience in MS Word, MS Excel, and Google Sheets (formulas, tables, trackers, formatting).
- Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Basic 2D AutoCAD drawing skills.
- Ability to read and understand drawings and measurements.
- Valuable written communication, so procedures are clear and simple.
- Strong attention to detail, with good organisation and time management.
- Ability to work with both office and factory teams.

Preferred (Good to Have)

- Prior experience in a furniture, interiors, wardrobe, door, partition, or manufacturing environment.
- Understanding of materials such as aluminium profiles, glass, laminates, PU finishes, and hardware.
- Knowledge of Hindi, Telugu, and English for communication with the factory team.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Madhapur, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
