Job Title: Merchandiser

Experience:

3–6 years in apparel merchandising, production, sourcing, or vendor management.

Role Overveiw:

The Production Merchandiser will be responsible for managing end-to-end production execution, ensuring timely deliveries, quality compliance, and smooth coordination between vendors, factories, sourcing, design, and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage the production lifecycle from order placement to final dispatch.

* Create and track T&A; calendars to ensure on-time deliveries.

* Coordinate with vendors for fabric, trims, production, washing, finishing, and dispatch.

* Monitor production status and proactively resolve delays or bottlenecks.

* Ensure bulk production follows approved specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

* Coordinate with design, technical, sourcing, and warehouse teams for smooth execution.

* Track fabric and trim readiness before production starts.

* Support costing discussions and vendor negotiations to maintain target margins.

* Maintain production trackers, order status reports, and vendor performance records.

Required Skills:





* Strong understanding of garment manufacturing and production processes.

* Knowledge of fabrics, trims, washes, garment construction, and quality standards.

* Experience handling vendors and factory coordination.

* Good proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ERP systems.

* Strong communication, follow-up, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
