Senior Account Executive

Role: Senior Account Executive

Experience: 3–6 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, and bank reconciliations.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payment follow-ups.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and maintaining supporting documentation.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance activities.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, vendors, and clients regarding financial matters.
- Monitor outstanding payments and ensure timely collection and settlement.
- Verify invoices, expenses, vouchers, and financial transactions.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve them promptly.




- Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
- Guide junior accounting staff and coordinate daily accounting tasks.

Required Skills:

- B.Com / M.Com in Accounting or Finance; relevant qualifications preferred.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and taxation procedures.
- Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of audit procedures and statutory compliance.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
