Job Description

Head Field Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and target-driven candidates to join our Email Marketing team. We welcome both freshers eager to start their careers and experienced professionals with a background in email marketing, lead generation, or industry-specific outreach.

The ideal candidate should have a proactive attitude, and a willingness to work towards lead generation targets for US-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute email marketing campaigns for US-based clients.
- Work on industry-specific leads and targeted email outreach.
- Support lead generation activities and achieve assigned targets.
- Maintain and utilize relevant email databases for campaign execution.
- Collaborate with the team to meet business objectives and deadlines.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with 2+ years of email marketing experience are preferred.
- Experience in industries such as staffing or healthcare will be an advantage.
- An existing database of 250–400 relevant email IDs is preferred for experienced candidates.
- Willingness to work in a target-driven lead generation role.




- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong teamwork skills and a proactive approach.
- Familiarity with domain-specific leads and US client campaigns is an advantage.
