Job Title: Sales Executive – Catering & Events

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Job Type: Full time

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month (Gross)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Convert inbound leads from phone, web, WhatsApp, and walk-ins into confirmed bookings.
- Conduct face-to-face client consultations to understand menu requirements, setup styles, and budgets.
- Draft accurate, customized price quotations and menus; lead negotiations to finalize event contracts.
- Liaise with central kitchen and logistics teams to guarantee flawless on-day execution.
- Maintain comprehensive records of clients, venues, and event planners to foster repeat business.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor’s Degree preferred (BHM / BBA / Marketing or equivalent).
- Experience: 1 to 3 years in sales or client servicing within hospitality,



banqueting, catering, or event planning.
- Languages (Required): High fluency in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
- Skills: Negotiation, relationship-building, organized pipeline management, and basic computer skills (MS Excel/Word/Email).
