We are looking for a Software Support Executive to assist clients in using our ERP software effectively. The role involves providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and guiding users on ERP functionalities.
The candidate must have good communication and problem-solving skills and be willing to travel to client locations for implementation, training, and support when required.
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of ERP / software support
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills
- Willingness to travel for client support
- Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or related field
Job Types: Full time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
