Tangsa Hume Pipes Ltd. is an ISO 9001:2015 certified manufacturer of RCC Hume Pipes and precast concrete products, catering to construction, drainage, road infrastructure, culvert and boundary wall requirements. The company focuses on delivering reliable precast solutions to contractors, builders and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales of RCC Hume Pipes and Precast Boundary Walls across Assam and the Northeast.
- Develop and maintain relationships with PWRD contractors, builders and infrastructure companies, including Gautam Constructions, JK Infra, Ganpati Builders and others.
- Generate business leads, visit project sites, negotiate rates and convert enquiries into orders.
- Identify government supply opportunities and manage tenders through the GeM portal and other e-procurement platforms.
- Maintain customer databases, quotations,



sales reports and follow-ups using Microsoft Excel.
- Achieve sales targets and coordinate with factory and dispatch teams for timely deliveries.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in construction materials or infrastructure.
- Strong network with PWRD contractors and civil construction companies.
- Practical knowledge of the GeM portal and government tender procedures.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong communication, negotiation and business development skills.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and project visits.

Compensation

Basic salary plus performance-based sales commission. Compensation is negotiable based on experience, industry connections and sales capability.
