1. Job Summary

WeArch Developers is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Head to lead and manage its Kozhikode branch. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the civil construction industry, with strong leadership, project management, business development, and operational management skills.

The candidate will be responsible for the overall functioning of the branch, including project execution, team management, client relationships, financial performance, and business growth.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Branch Operations & Leadership

- Take complete responsibility for the overall operations and performance of the Kozhikode branch.
- Establish branch-level goals and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and coordinate project, engineering, design, procurement, and administrative teams.
- Monitor daily operations and ensure effective utilization of manpower and resources.
- Submit regular operational and performance reports to senior management.

B. Project Management & Execution

- Oversee multiple civil construction projects from planning to completion.
- Ensure projects are delivered within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, site activities, material requirements, and labour productivity.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project engineers, contractors, vendors, and consultants.
- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure compliance with construction standards, safety requirements, and approved drawings.

C. Business Development & Client Management

- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the growth of the Kozhikode branch.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants,



contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in client meetings, project negotiations, and commercial discussions.
- Support the preparation of project proposals, estimates, budgets, and business forecasts.
- Maintain high levels of client satisfaction and support repeat business opportunities.

D. Financial & Commercial Management

- Monitor project budgets, expenses, profitability, and cost control.
- Review project estimates, material costs, contractor bills, and variations.
- Coordinate with the finance and accounts departments regarding project expenses, billing, and collections.
- Ensure effective resource allocation and minimize material wastage and unnecessary expenditure.
- Prepare monthly branch performance and financial progress reports.

E. Team Management & Performance

- Lead, supervise, and motivate branch employees to achieve organizational targets.
- Set clear responsibilities, performance expectations, and KPIs for team members.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide guidance to improve productivity.
- Identify manpower requirements and coordinate with HR for recruitment and workforce planning.
- Maintain discipline, accountability, teamwork, and professional conduct within the branch.
- Identify training needs and support employee development.

F. Quality, Safety & Compliance

- Ensure construction work meets company quality standards and project specifications.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with applicable statutory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, project records, approvals, and progress reports.
- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve technical and operational issues.

3. Required Qualifications





- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E./B.Tech) or an equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in civil construction.
- Previous experience in project leadership, branch management, or senior construction operations is highly preferred.
- Proven experience managing construction projects, teams, budgets, and client relationships.

The Branch Head's performance will be evaluated based on:

- Project Delivery: Completion of projects within approved timelines.
- Cost Control: Adherence to project budgets and reduction of cost overruns.
- Quality Standards: Reduction in rework and quality-related complaints.
- Branch Growth: Achievement of business development and revenue targets.
- Profitability: Improvement in project margins and branch financial performance.
- Client Satisfaction: Positive client feedback and repeat business.
- Team Productivity: Achievement of employee performance targets and effective manpower utilization.
- Reporting & Compliance: Timely submission of reports and adherence to company policies.

6. Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be a mature construction professional capable of managing the Kozhikode branch independently, taking ownership of business and project outcomes, leading cross-functional teams, and contributing to the long-term growth of WeArch Developers.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
